Terms of Use and Editorial Policy
These terms govern the use of smartpari.org, an independent information site about the SmartPari online casino. They are the rules of this website, not the rules of the casino. The casino's own terms are summarised in section 6, as far as they could be read.
1. Who We Are and What This Site Is
smartpari.org publishes information about SmartPari and general guides to casino maths, bonus terms and licensing. It is not the casino, is not run by the casino's operator and does not offer gambling, accounts, deposits or customer support for the casino. Nothing on this site is an offer to gamble.
2. Affiliate Links
Some links on this site, including the "Register" and "Get Bonus" buttons, are affiliate links. If you register with the casino through one of them, we may receive a commission. These links are marked rel="sponsored" in the page code. A commission does not change what we report: claims we could not verify are labelled as unverified whether or not they help the casino.
3. How We Check and Date Information
- Facts about the casino come only from the operator's own pages and from official registers, and each is shown with the date it was checked.
- Claims from other websites are attributed to them and labelled as unverified.
- Where something could not be checked, we say so rather than fill the gap. On 4 October 2026 the operator's site answered every request with a password prompt (HTTP 401), so most operator details are marked "not published" or "could not be verified".
- Worked examples on the bonus and tips pages state their assumptions. They illustrate the arithmetic and are not predictions of your results.
4. Accuracy and Corrections
Offers, terms and licences change, and we can be wrong. When we find an error we correct the page and, where the change matters, say what changed. For example, in August 2026 our licensing page said SmartPari's licence could not be confirmed; a register search by domain on 4 October 2026 found an Anjouan licence, and the page now explains the correction. Always confirm current terms with the operator before you deposit.
5. Age, Legality and Responsible Gambling
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many countries; it is your responsibility to check whether you may lawfully use a given casino where you live. We do not give advice on getting around country restrictions. Gambling can cause harm: set limits before you play, never chase losses, and seek help if gambling stops being entertainment — in the UK the National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133), internationally Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org).
6. The Casino's Own Rules (Status on 4 October 2026)
Registering with SmartPari means accepting the operator's terms, not ours. We could not read them: since at least 21 August 2026 every page of smartpari.com, including its terms, has been behind an HTTP 401 password prompt. What can be stated:
- The Anjouan register lists smartpari.com under Vitexis Ltd., licence ALSI-202512006-FI1, valid until 14 December 2026 (checked 4 October 2026).
- Under the Anjouan framework, complaints go to the operator first; if unresolved after 30 days, to an approved ADR provider at the operator's cost.
- Not readable: bonus and wagering rules, restricted countries, identity-verification requirements, withdrawal limits and times, dormant-account fees, governing law.
Before registering at any casino, read at least these clauses: the restricted-country list, the identity checks and when they apply, the bonus terms, withdrawal limits per day and month, fees on inactive accounts, and which law governs disputes.
7. No Advice and Limitation of Liability
Content on this site is general information, not financial, legal or gambling advice. We take care over accuracy but cannot guarantee that information is complete or current, and we are not responsible for the casino's decisions, for losses from gambling, or for the content of third-party sites we link to.
8. Privacy and Analytics
This site does not ask you to register or submit personal data. It uses Plausible analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits and clicks on affiliate links. Once you follow a link to the casino or another site, that site's privacy policy applies.
9. Content and Copyright
The text of this site is ours unless stated otherwise. Brand names and game titles belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; game images are shown for illustration and do not confirm that a title is available at the casino. Short quotations with a link are welcome.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
