Is SmartPari Licensed? The Anjouan Register Check
Short answer: yes. The official Anjouan licence register lists the domain smartpari.com under Vitexis Ltd., licence number ALSI-202512006-FI1, valid until 14 December 2026. The operator's own site is still behind a password prompt, so the operator's footer and terms could not be compared with the register.

The Anjouan regulator publishes its licensees in a public register at anjouangaming.com. We read it on 4 October 2026 and searched it by domain, which is how the register is indexed. One entry matches:

Correction: What This Page Said in August
On 21 August 2026 this page answered "Is SmartPari licensed?" with "we cannot confirm it either way". That was wrong. We had looked for the brand name in review databases and never searched the regulator's register by domain — the one check this page itself recommends. The entry above was in the register then: the licence was issued on 15 December 2025. We have replaced the old answer and kept this note so that anyone who read the earlier version knows what changed and why.

What the Register Does Not Tell You
A register entry is the strongest public evidence of a licence, but it answers a narrow question. Four things remain open for SmartPari:
- The operator's own statement. A licensed site normally names its operating company and licence number in the footer and links its seal to the regulator. That footer is behind the password prompt, so we could not confirm that the site names Vitexis Ltd. or links to this licence.
- The company details. The register gives the holder's name, not its address or company registration. We have not verified where Vitexis Ltd. is incorporated.
- The "valid" label. The same register still shows "valid" against some licences whose expiry dates have already passed. Read the expiry date rather than the label. For SmartPari that date is 14 December 2026; after it, the entry needs checking again.
- Which countries are excluded. An Anjouan licence does not make an operator legal in your country. The operator's restricted-country list sits in its terms, which could not be read.

The Antillephone Claim on a Third-Party Site
A promotional site at smartpari.net — not run by us and not the operator — still describes SmartPari as "fully licensed and regulated by the Antillephone N.V. (Curacao)". The register contradicts it: the only licence entry for smartpari.com is the Anjouan one above.
The claim is also dated. For two decades Curaçao licensed online gambling through four master licence holders — Antillephone N.V., Curaçao eGaming, Gaming Curaçao and Cyber Rock Entertainment — which issued sub-licences to operators. The National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) replaced that model: sub-licences were phased out, the last master licence expired on 31 January 2025, and a Curaçao licence today is issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. A 2026 page naming Antillephone as the regulator is describing a system that no longer exists.
How to Complain About an Anjouan-Licensed Casino
The practical value of a licence is a complaints route. Anjouan's runs in two steps:
- Complain to the operator first, in writing, through its support channel or the complaint link attached to its licence seal. State what happened, the amount and the date, and keep a copy.
- Wait 30 days. If the operator has not resolved the complaint by then, you can escalate.
- Go to an approved ADR provider. Anjouan lists the alternative dispute resolution services it recognises — among them EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V. — on anjouangaming.com/resources/authorized-adr-providers/. The cost of the procedure is borne by the operator, not the player.
An ADR provider decides on documents. Screenshots of the cashier, the bonus terms in force on the day you claimed the bonus, and every message with support are what make a complaint winnable.
How to Verify Any Casino Licence Yourself
The same check works for any casino, and it takes a few minutes:
- Find the licence claim in the site footer and note the company name and licence number. A claim with neither is not a claim.
- Click the seal. A real seal is a link that lands on the regulator's own domain, not on a page hosted by the casino.
- Search the regulator's register by domain and by company name, not only by brand. Registers are indexed by the licence holder and the domains it declared — searching the brand name alone is exactly the mistake this page made in August.
- Read the entry: status, licence type, dates and the list of domains. A licence that has expired or lists different domains is the answer you came for.

Operators that run numbered mirror domains will often appear only under the main domain. Search the main domain, then confirm the mirror by its own footer.
What a Licence Protects, and What It Does Not
A licence means the operator met a regulator's conditions when it was issued and remains under that regulator's supervision. In practice it gives you a route for complaints and an authority that can sanction or revoke.
It does not guarantee fast payouts, fair-looking bonus terms or responsive support; those are commercial choices. The strength of the route also varies. A UK or Malta licence brings a regulator with a long enforcement record and national player-protection rules. An Anjouan licence brings the operator-paid ADR step described above, which is a real route but a narrower one, and no national self-exclusion scheme.

Who operates SmartPari?
According to the Anjouan register, the licence covering smartpari.com is held by Vitexis Ltd. We could not read the operator's terms or footer to confirm that it names the same company, and the register does not give the company's address.
Is SmartPari licensed in Curaçao?
We found no evidence of it. A third-party site claims an Antillephone N.V. licence, but the only register entry for smartpari.com is in Anjouan, and Curaçao's master-licence system, which Antillephone belonged to, ended with the last master licence expiring on 31 January 2025.
Where can I complain if SmartPari does not pay?
